Pure silk material kuro tomesode kimono (a formal style of kimono worn by married women).

A beautifully kyo yuzen zome dyed and embroidery kimono, with an elegant "Tamatebako"

decoration.

This tomesode doesn't have any "Hiyoku"lining.

Vintage item believed to be made in 1950 to 1970.

Little wear, the outer fabric is in good condition for an antique piece.

However as shown in pictures, the inner lining has some stains and was yellowed due to

very long term storage.

Can be worn as a gown, but we recommend to be used for display/decoration,

because the very long-term storage might have weakened the fabric.
